 We are Malcolm and Margaret Pearson, Directors of Landmark Hotel Swindon Limited, who have owned this property since it was built in 1987. We opened the Hotel in 2000 and have taken great pleasure in running it for many years. 3 years ago we took the decision to take a step towards our retirement and let others take on the day to day running and leased the property. The tenants currently pay us, the Directors, an income of £50,000 per annum.
We have decided to sell the Hotel by competition firstly because we love the thought of someone having the life changing opportunity of winning this amazing investment property, and secondly it gets us out of the hassle of the property market with viewings and obtaining mortgages etc.
 So many people talk of winning the lottery and what they would do with the money, this gives who ever enters a much better odds of not only winning a £850,000* hotel but as it is currently leased out, also gives them the chance to instantly have an annual income of £50,000. When the lease runs out the winner could perhaps extend the lease or take the opportunity to run the Hotel themselves. We thought this would be a fun way to make that happen for someone.
